Time and love.

We believe these are the two most important ingredients needed for the perfect pizza.

Our dough is carefully crafted each day by our expert Pizzaiolos. We prove our dough for 72 hours to produce a delicious, highly digestible and balanced base to our pizzas.

Combined with our fresh and high quality Italian ingredients, and baked to perfection in our traditional clay oven, you wont find a more authentic pizza this side of Naples!
